Prepare a request someone else can carry forward.

Use this guide to describe the work and the evidence needed for review. Start with one clear outcome, then name the responsibility, sources and next decision.

Write a brief with an outcome

State the result you need, the scope and the original request. For example: prepare a comparison from the supplied workshop options and mark missing information. Keep assumptions separate from supplied facts. The workshop case is synthetic, not a customer instruction.

Name the owner, executor and reviewer

Identify the human responsible for the outcome. State who prepares the work and who checks it; these roles can differ. Assigning a task or naming an agent does not prove execution has started. If responsibility is unclear, record the open decision before the handoff.

Make completion criteria checkable

Describe what a reviewer can inspect: required options covered, each factual statement linked to a supplied source, missing terms left unresolved and a reviewable artifact prepared. A draft meeting those criteria is still distinct from permission to send or human acceptance.

Keep sources with the review

Preserve the brief and relevant material alongside the result. Ask which source supports each claim and whether it is current. Review corrections and unresolved questions before the next step. The Home illustrations use fictional material and do not create tasks, send messages or prove a real delivery.

Leave an explicit next step

Record what is prepared, what is blocked, who owns the next decision and which evidence is still missing. For an external action, confirm the exact account, operation, destination, content and authority separately.
